The KC Pre-K Cooperative is now accepting applications from prospective and returning partners for the 2023-2024 school year.

Schools, early education providers, and other community organizations within the KCPS attendance boundary are invited to formally express their interest in membership in the KC Pre-K Cooperative by submitting an application online.

Applications are due by March 1, 2023.

A tiered model for the 2023 Request for Proposal (RFP) process aims to provide organizations with flexibility to meet the needs of their students, families, and organization to achieve our collective goal of increased access to high-quality pre-K. For the 2023-2024 school year, the KC Pre-K Cooperative invites partners to select one of three tiers:

Full partner: Participates in all aspects of Cooperative membership, including professional development and evaluation; eligible to apply for start-up funding

Emerging partner: Participates in evaluation and some teacher training; receives support to earn Missouri Accreditation

Affiliate partner: A first step in membership; participates in evaluation and some teacher training
